  • CLASS # 2 - LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE - Start envisioning the life of your dreams and set goals/intentions to make it happen. This session includes an exercise to gain clarity about what your core values are and then to start taking actions steps to create the life of your dreams. Remember this life is not a dress rehearsal!

  • CLASS #3 CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE CHANGE YOUR REALITY - In this class you will learn a powerful life coaching perspective shift exercise. If you’re not currently happy with a situation in your life you can either change the situation or change your perspective around it. The Buddha says ‘your mind creates your reality’. What reality are you creating?

  • CLASS #4 - THINKING LESS - PRESENT MOMENT, WONDERFUL MOMENT- Most of the time we think too much. In this session you will learn techniques to help us calm our mind, relax and find more peace. Helping us to let go of sorrows of the past and worries about the future. Enabling us to be in touch with life and all that is wonderful in the present moment. 

  • CLASS # 5 - PEACE IN ONESELF AND PEACE IN THE WORLD - Imagine moving through your day with a sense of true inner peace, no matter what challenges and changes come your way. In this class you will learn tools and techniques to create more inner peace and share that inner peace with your family, friends, community and radiate that peace into the world. The way we can help to create world peace is by finding peace within ourselves.

This is your opportunity to learn a number of HeartMath™ stress management breathing techniques that you can implement with ease into your day to decrease the drain of stress and anxiety on the body and bring your mind back to a balance. Resulting in the ability to move through your day in a calm, yet alert state that helps with focus, productivity and stress reduction. During the session you will complete a depletion to renewal grid, so you will have a better understanding as to how your emotions are impacting your physiology.
Practicing these HeartMath™ techniques regularly will increase your resilience to stress, change and challenges.

Investment is $47 + gst.
