Mental wellness & MINDSET strategies SESSION

Gain a better understanding as to how stress, overwhelm and constant change in the world leads to decreased motivation, fatigue and burnout. During the session you will learn a number of mindset and stress management tips and techniques that you can integrate into your day with ease. Practicing these techniques on a regular basis will shift you into a more positive emotional and mental headspace, increase your motivation and productivity.

In this session you will learn the what, where, when, why and how of mindfulness. You will learn what mindfulness is and isn't, the benefits and how to easily incorporate various simple mindfulness practices into your work day. This is an interactive session where you get 'a taste' of mindfulness. There will be guided through a short relaxation meditation, as well as a couple of mindfulness exercises that will result in you understanding the importance of single-tasking versus multi-tasking.  Mindfulness creates more focused, productive, healthier and happier employees.

Resilience skills for preventing burnout

During this training you will learn a number of techniques that can be integrated into your day with ease to decrease the drain of stress and prevent burnout. Resulting in the ability to move through your day in a calm, yet alert state that enhances your ability to to focus, stay motivated and more positive. If these techniques and lifestyle tips are practiced regularly they will increase your resilience to stress, change and challenges that come your way at work and in life.

In this session you will learn various mindset and life strategies to help you thrive versus just survive during times of challenge and change. These mindset strategies will help you to calm your mind, embrace change and train your mind to look for what is right versus what’s wrong in times of change.

DE-STRESS IN 5-MINUTES OR LESS

In this session you will learn a number of mindset and mindfulness stress reduction techniques that you can use with ease throughout your day to help you de-stress in 5 minutes or less. Practicing these simple techniques and tips will help you to self-regulate emotions such as anxiety, fear, worry and overwhelm. Allowing you to move times of change and challenge with more ease, clarity, calmness and positivity. Practicing these techniques will also improve the quality of your sleep and enhance your ability to live more in the present moment.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION & mindset virtual classes

During these virtual mindfulness meditation & mindset classes you will learn 'how' to calm your mind and 'how' to live more in the present moment. You will learn the benefits of meditation and get experience various guided meditations and a relaxation exercises while sitting in the comfort of your work chair. Learn how to easily bring meditation into your daily life via mini-breathing techniques and tips on how to begin a regular home meditation practice.

You can book a series of 6 or 8 weeks of weekly classes for your employees.
